Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply when you download or play a GMBE game (including Deep Sea Shark and Save Me) or use our website, https://gmbe.org. By playing our games or using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The terms of Google Play also apply to anything you download from it.
2. Coins, sharks and other in-game items
Coins, unlockable sharks, items and other rewards are earned by playing. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or refunded, and exist only inside the game. Progress is saved on your device, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it, and we cannot restore it.
3. What you may not do
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent or publish our games or their assets (such as art, models, music or characters);
- decompile, reverse engineer or modify the games, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use our games, website or brand to mislead people, for example by offering fake versions or claiming to be us;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or break into our website.
4. Our content
The games, characters, stories, artwork, 3D models, logos (including the GMBE logo) and website content belong to GMBE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos of our games for non-commercial purposes, such as reviews, guides or streams, as long as you don’t suggest that we endorse you.
5. Games in development
Some games, including Save Me, are still being made. Artwork, features, characters and dates shown on this website may change before release. Concept art is labelled where it is not taken from the game.
6. Health and safety
Our games contain flashing lights, fast motion and suspenseful scenes. If you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing lights, consult a doctor before playing. Take regular breaks, play in a well-lit room and stay aware of your surroundings.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or the website at any time. Updates may be required to keep playing. We will try to keep the games working on supported Android devices, but we cannot guarantee they will run on every device.
8. Disclaimer
Our games and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GMBE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress or data, arising from your use of our games or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling our games. If you break these terms, your licence to play ends automatically.
11. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep playing or using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
