Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains how GMBE (“we”, “us”) handles information in our mobile games and on our website, https://gmbe.org. It applies to:
- Save Me for Android (package
com.gmbe.saveme) - Deep Sea Shark for Android (package
com.gmbe.seas)
1. Information our games collect
None. Our games do not require an account, and they do not collect, store on our servers, sell or share any personal information. They do not request internet access and do not contain advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social SDKs.
The only Android permission our games use is vibration, for haptic feedback during play.
2. Data saved on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the games save a small amount of data in the app’s private storage on your device, such as:
- game progress, levels, coins and unlocked characters;
- settings such as sound, controls and graphics quality;
- technical safety notes (for example, which loading step was running if the app closed unexpectedly) so the game can switch to safer graphics settings next time.
This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Device backup is turned off for our games, so it is not copied to cloud backups. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app’s data in Android settings or by uninstalling the game.
3. Google Play
Our games are distributed through Google Play. When you download or update a game, Google processes information under its own privacy policy. Google may give us aggregated, non-identifying statistics such as install counts, ratings and crash summaries from users who chose to share diagnostics with Google. We use these only to improve our games.
4. Our website
- No tracking. The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to identify you.
- Contact form. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter. We use them only to reply, and delete them once they are no longer needed for that conversation.
- Google Play links. Store buttons take you to Google Play, which has its own privacy policy.
5. Children
Our games are designed for a general audience. Because the games collect no personal information, they collect none from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, ask us and we will delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you (in practice, only messages you sent us), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use our contact page.
7. Security
Game data stays in Android’s private app storage, which other apps cannot read. Our website is served over HTTPS.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future update changes how a game handles data (for example, by adding online features), we will update this policy before that update is released and change the date at the top of this page.
9. Contact
